Refund policy
We want all of our customers to be pleased with the products you receive. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We however do offer exchanges or refunds if you our product is deffective.Â
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, notify us by email at circlegbath2019@outlook.com within 96 hours (4 days) of receipt of the damaged product. Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of purchase. Such refund will be provided as a refund to the type of payment made.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.Â
